Greyboard Gin
Product description
Greyboard Gin is an economical, multi-layered greyboard with a smooth and uniform surface, designed to provide stable support for bookbinding and packaging applications. Its consistent structure ensures reliable reinforcement and ease of mechanical processing during cutting, laminating, and shaping. The surface is ideal for precise finishing like covering, laminating, and decorative applications, ensuring even adhesion of glues and coatings. The material offers good flatness and resistance to deformation during production processes, resulting in dimensional stability of finished components. Greyboard Gin is a practical solution for projects that require solid support and an aesthetic result while maintaining a favorable quality-to-cost ratio.

Additional information
Greyboard GIN is a product made from 100% recycled fibers. Due to the nature of recycled raw materials and its multi-layer structure, we recommend conducting technical trials and adjusting tool geometry to the substrate’s characteristics to ensure optimal results in mechanical processing (die-cutting, punching, cutting). To maintain stable physical parameters, material acclimatization in the production environment is required (recommended time: 24-48h before use), which allows for moisture equilibration and prevents structural tension during finishing processes.
